Twentyfive years ago I began my building career as a carpenter and worked my way up through all phases of home construction until I became a licensed building contractor. I am proud of the many outstanding homes I have built both in Florida and in North Carolina. I have assisted the state of Florida as a “Subject Matter Expert” and have written some of the questions asked by the state on their licensing examinations given to prospective contractors seeking a license.

My focus is on you and your homebuilding process. My focus is undivided. I am a bachelor who resides in a home I built. I live contentedly with my two Labrador Retrievers and my attention is not divided by any daily domestic obligations. My truck is not new and has a few dents. Perhaps it is representative of my goal of keeping overhead low.
