Dundale Mountain Homes is a small custom home builder dedicated to top quality construction with a flair for distinctive mountain designs. More than just verbiage, we only use hand driven hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel nails and screws where exposed to weather and view. We build with a conventional floor system on 16 inch center for dead-solid flooring and require craftsmanship that only a visit to our model home or one of our sold homes can testify to. In 2009 Dundale Mountain Homes became a fulltime Energy Star builder and is currently building its first Energy Star Rated Home. This is not much of a departure from the quality homes previously built in the Western North Carolina area.
